How to cure a stuffy nose fast?

• So i have a stuffy/ runny nose and I want to know how to cure it fast i rather not take medicine. So what can cure my stuffy nose WITHOUT MEDICINE. Im starting highschool in 4 days and i rather not be sick on my very first day if school so please tell me if you have any tips what to do like specific soup or something. if it helps i checked my temperature and its 97.0 which means i dont have temperature and im not useing or eating anything new so it cant be allergies

  I do have allergies, and it could be hay fever, or pollen or any number of things. It could also be a summer cold. Anyhow, How to cure it? I've done a bunch of the following things, which won't guarantee it won't come back, but they help: Drink tea or hot water with lemon and honey in it. Eat really spicy food (my favorite in this department is Thai food) Use a Neti Pot. A Neti pot looks like a little tea pot that you fill with luke warm water and a pinch of salt. Essentially you are making a saline solution. It's used to pour water up one nostril, and if you do it right, it will run out of the other. Of course, you do this over the sink. It sounds crazy, but tons of people do it. My mom uses one, when her sinuses get too congested. Take a really hot bath or shower. Then, as soon as you get out, use mentholated ointment on your neck or chest. You won't smell so great, but it helps clear your sinuses. In the mean time, make sure you are drinking plenty of water, eating your fruits and vegetables, and getting a lot of rest. If you don't have allergies, you could be catching a cold.
