How do I get rid of my hay fever?

Can't get rid of hay fever! Extremely frustrating?

• My hay fever has kicked in, and it's hit me hard. I've been taking daytime and nighttime antihistamines, but they hardly help at all. My constant itchy eyes and runny nose are seriously ruining my day, Is it safe to exceed the recommended dose on the package? Any help would be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Thanks.

  I frequently take two different antihistamines, and blood test panels while taking two antihistamines have been completely normal. Two different antihistamines are probably going to be more effective than taking a double dose of a single antihistamine. I doubt any doctor would recommend taking two different antihistamines. Two antihistamines is not likely to pose a significant risk, but it is likely to make any side effects worse.
