• i have just suddenly got really bad allergies like drainage, stuffy nose , sneezing and the back of my throat is killing me. all i feel like doing is sitting on the sofa watching t.v. this happens mostly near the end of the summer i dont know what im allergic to but i usually suck on a lime and it works but its not working so i need some home remidies becuse im not able to drive today to go buy stuff. thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

  it called sinus rinse this is a really good home remedy it it 1 spoon of baking soda 2spoons of sea salt (not table salt sea salt is bigger) and 1 liter of warm water you can buy a squeeze bottle at any drug store do this 2 a day don't use the hole 1 liter just fill the squeeze bottle up. it usually last 2 weeks if it is small
