How to get rid of a red painful common cold nose?

• I have had a cold for 3 days now and I think it's almost over. I have a bright red nose from blowing it so much and it hurts really bad. It hurts to put moisturizer on it though. Can anyone help? Thanks, Kayla ;)

  Apply small amount of 1-2 % Hydro-cortisone ointment on your nose several times a day for a day or two, and if you have to blow your nose, use dampened kleenex with warm water, instead of dry ones. Well, you are on the road to recovery, take care ! :):}
