How long does a sun rash last?

HOW SHOULD I PREVENT GETTING HEAT RASH BUT STILL BEING ABLE TO GO INTO THE SUN?

  • I love going to the beach!! but everytime i do I get rash all of my chest and my neck and my arms!! Is there any way i can go to the beach and not get it!!!... i couldnt find sunscreen lol but which one should i buy.. which one will help it the best?! and is there anything else i can put on my body so i wont get it?! best answer gets 10 points!!! helpp!!

    take piriton or any other mild antihistomine it will help to prevent the rash but take it regularly and don't forget your sun cream works for my son

You are going to get burned. seems like you are prone to it. wear the strongest SPF you can find. but beware of too much sun anyway !

Put on sun block. (DUUUHHHHH) Sun block is so much more affective than sun screen.Hope this helped!

Get banana boat. It works really well, it stays on long, and its waterproof. If u cant get it then just bring an undershirt and wear it in the water. No one is gonna c u there. Hope this helps.

Your problem is not a rash but rather good old sun burns. use a sun block with spf 50 or higher, i am born red head and pale skin, i in the norm do not tan i just burn. i found a spf 75 a cpl yrs ago and i got no burn after being out for hrs. but use high spf sun block. GOOD LUCK
