How do i stop a runny nose and heal a raw nose?

I've had a runny nose for 2 days now and it just won't stop! My nose is raw and I don't know what to do! HELP!

Answer:
I know it sounds weird but put a little bit of chap stick (carmax works best) on your nose. Or you can use vaseline. And for runny nose, I found it best to just keep blowing it out.
