What do you think about the 'Kyoto AirPure' air purifier?

• It's alot cheaper than other airpurifiers, it uses water to clean the air, mist does not come out of it like other purifiers. Should that mean something? Has any of you seen, used, or heard of this air purifier? Any reviews?

This problem is growing as more and more chemicals are being introduced and used on a daily basis.
