What will happen to someone who is lactose intolerant and drinks milk?

Do i have an allergic reaction to fizzy drinks or maybe even milk?

  • whenever i consume a fizzy drink a few days later i get a very bad sore throat and to be honest i dint often drink fizzy drinks and when i do its only a small amount. my throat always feels clogged up i also release a lot of flem. This goes on for a few days and then it just fades until i once again consume some more fizzy drinks. someone told me i could be lactose intolerant (although im not sure if milk could have anything to do with it)

  • Answer:

Maybe an allergic reaction to the chemicals in fizzy drinks. Many people think that milk and dairy products thicken mucus. This hasn't been confirmed by science.

Lactose intolerant is when you can't handle milk, you don't get a sore throat from it, It's the sugar in the milk that causes a problem. Maybe trying something else, such as something with out the fizz, by all means stay away from it if it is causing a problem. By process of elimination you can find something that your stomach and system can tolerate.
