How can I determine what is causing my allergic reaction?
-
I have recently started using Whey Protein and multivitamins as part of my workout routine. I have recently started getting allergic reactions. I know i have allergies to ragween (a seasonal thing, occurs in the spring in fall) but these didn't occur last fall. I have the same symptoms andI'm worried that the protein is causing the reaction, meaning I would have to stop using it, dramatically changing my workout routine. How can I determine whats causing this reaction?

Answer:
You will need to have allergen testing from your doctor.

If it is a food, do what I did: Take everything out of your diet and add in one thing at a time. When you have something that causes an allergic reaction, take it out--that's it.
