How do i get rid of annoying hay fever?

• it's so nice and sunny outside and i'm stuck here with a blocked nose and a head ace it's annoying <.< everytime i wake up before 10 am i get hay fever i sometimes want to wake up early and enjoy the nice fresh air but i can't :( so how do i stop this hay fever, sometimes my hay fever is normal then 4 hours later it becomes a flue :( so i want to stop it and other then hay fever medicel pills what else can i do to cure my hay fever?

  try eating honey that's made nearby - the idea is that the bees use local flowers to make the honey, so when you eat it you get a tiny amount of the chemicals that make you sneeze, then if you keep eating it for several months it might get you used to the chemicals and get rid of your hayfever. i've never tried it myself though!
