Why do I get constant nosebleeds?

Why do I get nosebleeds frequently? Help?

I'm fifteen years old and I've been currently getting nosebleeds since last June. It happens twice or thrice in every month and it bleeds on the right side of my nose. Is it serious? Am I having a problem.
Answer:

I've heard it can be something to do with blood pressure. Worth getting to the docs. The inside of your nose is very delicate and if you blew it to hard or something (I'm not gonna suggest you picked it) then sometimes having it Cauterised is the only option. Pretty painful but my nose hasn't bled since.
