Why is rooibos tea good for you?

Allergies reaction from drinking rooibos tea?

I have suffered from blocked nose for a year, normally at night (which is also the time i drink a few cups of rooibos tea). i recently stop drinking rooibos and my blocked nose had completely gone! I thought rooibos tea is meant to help and relief allergies?? i am really convinced that rooibos tea is giving me blocked nose because i have not cut out any other food except rooibos tea. Last night, out of temptation (coz i do love drinking rooibos tea) i had a cup before i go to bed, BANG!! blocked nose came back and i slept horribly!! Now i'm totally convinced Rooibos tea is my enemy!! Does anyone has similar allergies reaction from drinking rooibos tea?
