Why are my eyes watering continuously?

My right eye just keeps watering. I wear glasses so I don't know if that has something to do with it or not. But it's watering and it's a kind of full feeling under my eye, It is very irritating there has also been a change in the weather recently so I don't know. Please HELP!?

I am an eye doctor and this is most commonly dryness. Each time you blink there is a layer of teats that coat the eye. If you any reason that layer is insufficient, it will evaporate between blinks. The eyes react poorly to dryness causing symptoms like itching, burning, tearing or redness. The best thing to use is an artificial tear to soothe the eye several times a day. If the eye feels itchy more than anything it may be allergies. There are some great OTC allergy drops called Zaditor or Alaway that are both twice a day. Stay away from drops that "get the red out". These are loaded with chemicals that can be toxic to the eye. If this persists visit your doctor to make sure it is not something more serious like an infection.

It's probably allergies because of the seasons changing. It also could be that they're dry because it's getting colder. I know when it gets colder, my nose dries, and it bleeds a lot. Your eyes could be doing something similar.

you could be developing eye allergies. Wash your eyes out with water. dont rub them.
