What can I do about my allergies at night?

What would be better for my night-time allergies; humidifier or a netipot?

• Humidifier is quite expensive but if that's what l have to buy then l will, but l would like to go for a cheaper alternative, such as the netipot. l have researched it online and people swear by it, but would it keep my sinus clean for the whole night? l get bad allergies at night time that it feels like l have an awful cold! l think it's from the dry air due to the winter - but what one do you think would be best to use?

  I use a netipot before I go to bed, as long as you stay asleep you should be alright.. I wouldn't run a humidifier all night either, though I also have one of those. Anyway the netipot helps me a lot, I've got chronic sinusitis and it clears everything right out for a couple hours, maybe just because I have it so bad. I'd give the netipot a try first and if it doesn't work then try something else.
