How to get rid of allergy rash?

  • My back and chest and arms and legs are covered with a rash D: We think it's from food allergy as I recently ate beetroot and I don't usually have that but it's apparently rare to have an allergy to that. Anyway, how do I get rid of the appearance of a rash? I have a road trip with my six friends in two days time and it's summer here so I'll be wearing a bikini and sun dresses and other sorts of things, but with red lump spots all over me it looks gross. I haven't scratched at them, but HOW CAN I MAKE THEM GO AWAY?! thankyou so much!

    Yes! Benadryl should clear it up quickly if it is truely an allergy! Bergamont Oil is good for excema and other fungus type rashes and it's all natural. You can find it at health food stores.

benadryl should do. thats when i take when it happends to me then it go away the next day or two.
