Are there any products or things I can do to stop watery eyes?

Help! I am getting married in a few weeks and my eyes are watering horribly every day. It may be my allergies, but I am taking allergy over the counter meds to help. Nothing is working. My makeup runs from my eyes and I am contantly rubbing them. What can I do? I want to be beautiful on my wedding day!
