What can I do about my allergies at night?

Can NOT breathe at night. Very bad allergies ESPECIALLY to dust which is ALWAYS present where I'm sleeping.?

  • I can't breathe at night, I have a really serious dust allergy and the place where I live, there's always a fine layer of dust on everything. Cleaning doesn't help because it all comes back in an hour. that and it clings to my bedsheets and won't vaccum out, and If I wash my sheets, they're dusty again an hour later. Help! I haven't had a good nights sleep in years!

  • Answer:

my cousin used to put a wet cloth up in her room at night to collect the dust, i thought it was stupid & pointless when i seen it, but i guess she said it really worked. also, they sell those strips for your nose for when you go to sleep. they're supposed to help people who snore and people who can't breathe at night, maybe you could try those?

I've got a dust allergy, too. The best thing that ever happened to me was the day I got allergy covers for the mattress and my pillows. It'll help!
