    Here's my fave GF Tgiving ideas: I'm a chocolate fiend so I LOVE Pamela's Luscious Chocoalte Cake Mix (health food stores, or Whole Foods, Wild Oats, etc. Or at the websites I'll list at the end) U can just make a straight up cake, or u can use her mix in any recipe uf ind caling for a devils food or chocolate cake mix I make pumpkin pie using the recipe on the pie filling can. For the crust I just order Kinnikinnick Graham Cracker Crust or I take Envirokidz Vanilla Animal Cookies (only vanilla are GF) and crush them, melt with about 1/2 stick of butter and press into the bottom of the pie pan and bake as directed. U can use the kinnikinnick graham cracker crust in any recipe calling for a graham cracker crust. YUMMY! No need to bake it so its great for cheesecake. Well. If your not allergic to Corn Flakes, you can substitute them, and make a mock pumpkin or apple pie. Just melt some butter and press some cornflake crumbs into the bottom of the dish. Add apples, or Pumpin, or make a cheesecake out of it. It is an alternative to graham crackers which contain gluten.
