Am I allergic to ants?

I have a fever and just found out im allergic to fire ants. Could i get a fever from a bite?

now i just saw some ants and mosquitoes around my house and i have red, huge bites on my legs. i have no idea if they are mosquito bites or fire ant bites, i have had a high fever for the past 2 days and i need to know if a fire ant or mosquito bite can cause fevers. please answer as soon as possible!
