How can i get rid of my constant sinus problem?

How do you get rid of a really yucky taste in the mouth that seems to be coming from sinus/allergy problem?

  • Have a heart condition so can't take just anything. Have tried taking some sinus pills, allergy pills, drinking plenty of water, etc. Been a month now, and nothing has helped. Know it's got to be sinus/allergy because it seems to be coming from the throat. Know it's not my teeth and no apparent stomach problems. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  • Answer:

Bad tastes in your mouth no only stick to your teeth but also your tongue. Sometimes brushing your tongue helps but even better than that is a tongue scraper. Bacteria grows on your tongue and it tends to taste and smell yucky, but scraping it off after you brush will help some. You can get this item in the toothpaste isle at most stores that sell tooth care products. You may be able to use a saline nose spray to help with the congestion.

Could it be your tongue? It's a good idea to give that a good scrub right as far back as you can, each time you brush your teeth.
