How to get rid of redness around the nose!?

• I have little tiny red spots on my nose in the nooks and cranys... But also things leading out to my nose! Like a little bit under my eyes. I DO NOT have acne. Just redness ! But I don't reallynknow how to get rid of it!! What are some things that lead to redness. How can I prevent it from happening, and what to do in general!! Thank you so much !!!:)
