How to get rid of a runny nose rash?

• I just got a sore throat yesterday,and there always seems to be a cycle.First sore throat,runny nose,stuffy nose,sneezing,and after coughing,everything goes away.Right now I'm having a runny nose and stuffy nose.Everytime i have a runny nose,i wipe my nose a lot,and i get like a rash from it.My dad says that it's because I rub the tissue so much,but that's the only way i could wipe it cleanly!Does anyone know how I could get rid of this rashy thing?Thx ;)
