Question about a blocked nose?

How do I cure my blocked nose?

• I asked another question giving full details on my symptoms and cause it was too long I guess no one really cares and doesn't really bother reading it...anyway. The fevers...I'll just go straight to a doctor for that if it still resides...but the thing I can't take is the bloody nose block. This nose block feels like an air bubble inside my sinus and whenever i swallow some saliva it feels like a small air bubble is rising up to merge with the one in my Sinus. It mostly happens when I'm sitting down or when I'm lying down. The air bubble feeling isn't always there though sometimes it just feels like a normal nose block and when its around my nose is just completely blocked no air is going in or out. When I stand up 1 nostril will be partly clear(sometimes) and after a few seconds and I even tried eating spicy food...lasted for a few minutes and came back. Ive tried using vicks but it doesn't help at all. I also tried a few of the conventional methods to get rid of nose blocks.. doesn't work either. I really need to get some sleep without ending up with a fever half way through the night because of my nose block and having to breath through my mouth.

  Have you tried nasal rinse ? Go to this website :http://www.neilmed.com/usa/index.php they sell nasal rinse product. You can get them at your local drug stores such as Rite Aid or CVS. That might help relieve your symptom. Good luck.
