Am I allergic to strawberries?

I'm allergic to strawberries, should I stop eating them?

  • So my whole life I always thought of strawberries as sweet and spicy. I'd always feel really warm after I ate one and my mouth felt funny. It took my 18 years until I described a strawberry as spicy someone to realize I am allergic. However, since I don't stop breathing or anything dramatic, would it be a bad thing to still eat them? Or just inconvenient, like someone who is allergic to cats having to occasionally interact with one?

  • Answer:

You should stop eating them. Some allergies tend to get worse the more you expose your body to them. You may not have a severe reaction now but down the line...

Other answers

Sorry, but you should stop eating them. Even though they don't make you react horribly, some allergies are known to get worse over time. There are other berries in the sea! :)

Don't eat them. You don't want to mix this up and end up developing worse problems from eating them if you're allergic.
