  If you are allergic to pollen, it cannot be cured, only controlled. The best control is avoidance. That means staying inside as much as possible, keeping the windows and doors closed. If you have an AC, change the filter often. Don't hang laundry out to dry and if you have pets, keep them inside as much as possible because they carry pollen in on their fur. If you have to be outside, when you come in shower and change your clothes. You can take an over the counter drug like Claritin or Benadryl. Be careful with the Benadryll because it can either make you very sleepy or very hyper. You can try taking a tablespoon of raw honey twice a day, but the honey must come from 5 miles or less from your house. This has limited effectiveness as immunotherapy because bees are attracted to plants with heavy, yellow, waxy pollen and the common allergy causing pollens are very light and come from trees and grasses that don't interest the bees. The good news is it is seasonal....the bad news is it is the season. Hang in there and stay inside with your Claritin.
