Am I allergic to my dog?

Am i allergic to my dog? please answer?

• I have been on here several times i have had my dog to the vet over a minth ago i got her 2 months ago 2 weeks after i got her i started noticing small red spots on my arms the vet has gave her treatment for mange as my dog had a baldy patch on her chin please dont say my dog has fleas because the vet checked her and said she didnt have fleas also the vet said that to confirm that she had mange she wud have to take a skin scraping but by looking at my dog she could guees 99% that it was mange so the vet gave her a spot on treatment called advocate which also treats fleas roundworm tapeworm hookworm and heartworm so my dig had her first treatment over a month ago and her second treatment last week i also asked the vet if mange could affect humans and she said no that the type of mange my dog has is possibly the type that cant affect humans and the other type of mange which can affect humans is less commen so niw these spots on my arms have got worse i am on an antihistimine from my docter but have never been allergic to anything in the past so the obvious answer is that my dog has the other mange which humans can catch but the vet also said that with that type of mange it heals quicker so now i am puzzled and i am really skint just now also i have a little boy who does not have any spots at all and the dog sleeps in both our beds?? so is it possible that i am allergic to my dog? p.s my dog is a staffordshire bull terrier and skin conditions are very commen in the breed p.s again i dont have spots on my ankles or anywer else please help

  There is a good possibility . Have you tried taking a anti histamine ? If it is the dog the symptoms should clear up for a while . Try it and see
