How can I cure a swollen throat instantly?

For the past 3 days my throat has been feeling really swollen and I dont even have a bad cough. It's gotten so bad I can't even swallow water because it hurts so bad I can't taste anything or swallow I really need to cure it soon before it gets worse any remedies or suggestions please and thank you all for your time

Medicine. But if you want remedies, I gargle with warm water mixed with salt. And I drink water with lemon juice in it (but do NOT drink the lemon juice straight. I drank a shotglass full once and could not talk at all for a day.) Anyway, tea with lemon and honey works.And believe it or not, vaciline rubbed on your neck works. But I dont think there is anything that can cur in minutes. it takes a few days of all of the stuff I listed.
