My Nose won't stop bleeding! Рelp?

What can I do to stop having Dry Nose or Bleeding Nose when I wake up in the morning?

• This is not every day.. Sometimes when I wake up I wake up with dry nose or sometimes bleeding nose. My family sometimes also have the same problem. It means that I need a Humidifier or a De-Humidifier?

  You probably would benefit from having a humidifier in the room while you're sleeping. The dry winter air of the northern hemisphere is part of the problem so you don't want a de-humidifier. And keeping a small spray bottle of sterile normal saline and using that three or four times a day can help a lot. Buy the aforementioned spray bottles at your local chemist/pharmacist's store; they're quite inexpensive...
