What can be an allergic reaction to excedrin?

Is this an allergic reaction?

• Ok, I'm 25 female. I started the quicktrim diet two days ago. Yesterday, I had a scratchy throat so I didn't eat cause I couldn't swallow, I did manage to eat tuna salad, no bread... This morning, I was just waking up and all of a sudden I got really hot, and my face went numb and I got really queesy. I kinda got worried, but when I came downstairs, and sat up, it faded. However, now I have stomach cramps, and when I had a bowel movement it was a reddish brown color, not bloody red like a "sienna" color?? Is this an allergic reaction?? Some medical background, I'm on celexa for panic disorder,, took 2 excedrin migraine because I've had a headache for a wk off and on, I've had the mirena for a year now with no issues, I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, and costs IN my falliopian tubes, when I was pregnant with my son, they took him emergency csection at 30wks because o had fatally low potassium, pre-eclampsia, and I was severely anemic... Maybe its nothing major, I'm just kinda panicky, because I have panic issues. Lol!!

  The good news is that your symptoms are not those of food allergy. The bad news is now you need to figure out what it is. Food allergy rarely causes stomach upset or distress. It generally results in hives or swelling of the lips, tongue, throat or you may get itchy watery eyes. You just might be coming down with a common cold. The sore throat would be consistent with that. If you drained much mucous as you slept that can cause your tummy to feel bad and cause changes in your bowl movements. Relax and don't panic!
