What's the best way to deal with allergies without any medication while staying outside (School,Sports)?

I have allergies and i was wondering how to deal with it without any medication because i have got school and sports so my allergies get in the way ALOT.

First, you should know your allergies and the amount of allergen that would initiate an anaphylactic reaction and those that can be fatal before initiating this experiment. Then you should try to introduce increasing amounts of that allergen to your body so that you will get desensitized. It's like an allergy to alcohol. People who are allergic to alcohol often gets red/flushed when drinking. But people who are allergic to alcohol but habitually drink it, get used to alcohol in their body and end up having no allergic reaction whatsoever in time.

I have allergies and one thing that helps me when i don't take my medicine is to use a saline solution for my nose. It keeps the nasal cavity clear and my allergies don't bother me as much. But medication is usually the best. A lot of times all you have to do is take one pill a day and it makes you feel MUCH better!

I fought allegies my whole life until I finaly tried a yearly shot of Kenalog. It is a steroid, but man, It works so well, It's really un-noticable as a medication, and it's like I just dont have any allergies any more. Some people get several of these a year, But My allergies were pretty bad, and I only need one a year, or even every other year. It really works fantasticly! It is much better than OTC medications, and I really don't notice ANY side effects at all. No dry nose and throat, No nervousness or irratibility. None of that. You should check into it.

Strenghten your immune system will help you reduce your allergies reaction. Lots of time allergies are related to gastro intestinal problems. Best is to work with a naturopathic physician. Good Luck!

I take Usana vitamin supplements. When I take them, my allergies are minimized. When I forget...I regret. Our food has no nutritional value left. Supplements can boost your immune system and allergies can be due to a lack of certain nutrients. There are a lot of good nutritional supplements out there and a lot of bad ones. Check into them before you waste your money on any of them.
