Allergies are caused by what?

My allergies have caused my left ear to be plugged, what do I do to unplug it?

  • Some days it will be plugged, some days it won't sometimes it won't be so bad, and other times it will be really bad. What do I do to unplug them?

    I think it would be best to consult your doctor about this, especially if it is effecting your balance! There may be other underlying reasons for it effecting your balance.

seriously, try chiropractic. you probably have a misalignment of your first virtebra (c1, atlas) which is causing the eustachian tube not to drain. This happens ALL the time in infant / toddlers (which is why they have recurrent ear infections) but happens to older children and adults after a cold / allergies. The adjustment is almost always painfree and is gentle!
