What should I do for allergies/hives caused by sunlight?
-
My family and I just got back from camping at the Colorado river where I was in 100 degree heat and sunlight for the past two days. This morning I woke up and I have small red hives all over my body, especially on my arms. I also have slight nausea. Everyone so far has told me that I have sun poisoning. I used SPF 50 and don't have a sunburn anywhere...just the hives. What should I do? I have also had a history with getting hives from sunlight when I was much younger...but never this bad.
