Allergy pills - how many one-a-day tablets can I REALLY take a day?

If you are feeling ill after so many hours then try switching medicines...it means the med you are taking isn't the right one for you..and when it says one a day..take only one a day.

what madication thats key some have side effects that dont come out until too much is taken try benedryl from a dollar store and follow the directions or sinus pills from the discount pharmacy and put down the ones that arent working

these types of pills are ment to be taken once a day and not any more than that as far as I know. You should talk to your doctor about it and find out more, but I really wouldn't take more than one once a day. You never know if it can have serious side affects if taken in larger doses.

You should always follow the instructions and only take what it says, if you're suffering that badly then see your doctor as he/she may have something stronger you can take

Try taking your 24-hour pill in the evening instead of the morning. If you take too many of them, they will actually make your allergy symptoms worse rather than better, and over time your body will get used to them and they will no longer work as they should.

There's a reason it's dosed at one a day. Unless you have a physician who advises you to take more, you should follow the directions on the label.

well i have bad allergys and i take the ''1 a day'' pills! i went 2 my doctor b4 and he told me that in the book its says u can take as many as 2 in a day! 2 didnt work for me i have taken 5 in a day b4 still with no affect ! the only thing that help is steroids! talk 2 your gp or pharmasist first! im just off my hed!

if it says one pill a day, don't take any more then that. call your doctor if the medicine isn't helping you.
