Why can't I taste or smell at all after a cold?

I cant taste or smell anything!?

I cant taste or smell anything. My sinuses are a little plugged up but with some sinus spray it clears it up but doesn't fix the smell or taste problem. This has been going on for 4 days now. How do I clear it up so i can taste again?
