Sometimes I feel something dripping down my throat (i think its mucus) and then I KNOW forsure the next day when I wake up my throats going to be really sore... is there anyway to stop it?

Answer:
Do you have a blocked nose or problems with breathing through your nose? It could be that you try breath in through your nose really hard and the mucus then goes up and through to your throat.. thats what causes sore throats and coughs. If thats the cause.. then you should not be doing this. Your throat will always be sore etc. try cleaning your nose often!
