it depends on were you live for which type of pollens for the time of year spring is usually the worse for most people more rain in the winter worse pollen in spring. prescription allergy medicine is non drowsy so you can still function and sinus rinses are the best to help keep the allergen down in the nasal passages.

It depends on where you live & what you are allergic to. For some people (like me), allergy symptoms happen year-round. Once tree's begin to 'leaf-out', pollen shedding should end; but shrubs may still be blooming & shedding too. I take a supplement of Quercetin & Bromelain; 500mg of the the Q. and 250mg of the B. all year and w/o it, I wouldn't be able to garden & take care of my flower beds!
