Is there a way i can stop heat rash before it starts?

In summer, i get heat rash on my hands which is a weird place to get it but it's REALLY irritating! and it looks really horrible as well and i hate it.. is there a way i can prevent it before it starts happening? HELP!

MAGNET DUST.. IT ALSO HELPS ME TO NOT POOP IN PEOPLES LAWNS SO.. YOU SHOULD TRY IT.
