What allergy medication works best for you?

Fellow allergy sufferers, what do you do when you have an allergy attack and no amount of medication works?

  • I've been sneezing for hours. I took some Zyrtec this morning, and I have some Tylenol for sinuses with me now but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Plus I feel exhausted now from all the sneezing and it just won't stop. Any help, pleeease?

  • Answer:

Are you familiar with the neti pot? I was watching Oprah with my wife (don't ask) and Dr. Oz was on extolling the virtues of the neti pot. As an allergy sufferer, I picked one up and it has changed my life (to the extent that allergies affected me anyway). Check it out. Peace, Bill

Vitamin C and a shot of organic apple cider vinegar (it's gross). I have been taking about 5000+ milligrams of the vitamin C daily over the last 2 months and it seems to have helped.

I saw Yoohoo's answer and thought of this website, and that maybe you'd like to take a look at it. Apple cider vinegar is said by many to help them. http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/allergies.html Best wishes for feeling better!
