Is there anything I can do at home for constany runny nose?

I was trimming the bushes yesterday and I can't stop blowing my nose?

  • Yesterday was my first time ever doing yard work and I never really had allergies or anything so I'm not sure if it's allergies or not. I was trimming the bushes and all that good stuff, and when I was done the inside of my nose felt really weird. I then woke up with a VERY MINOR sore throat and I kept feeling mucus in my nose. At school the clogged nose was kinda minor and when I got home up until now I have sort of this never ending amount of mucus in my nose. I blow my nose and the mucus appears to be gone but like 10 seconds after I have mucus again. What should I do? This probably all happened because I wasn't wearing one of those dust masks so what can I do now? Thanks!

  • Answer:

If you have mucus, sounds like a cold. Did you get fooled by the pretty sun and dressed as if it was spring already? Because it,s just an illusion because of the few days of abnormal warmth that we had. Drink lots of fluids and green veggies full of immune system boosting vitamin C. If you worked a sweat in the cold, the opposite temperature makes people sick even if it was truly not that cold... getting too hot made the contrast more dangerous. My advice will work even if you irritated yourself with plant juices. Fluids o wash away~ Let your body do it,s job and help it do it by giving it it's lego pieces (vitamins) And rest~ In a warm bath with sodium bicarbonate~ Your body will know it's repair time!
