What will happen to someone who is lactose intolerant and drinks milk?

Could i be lactose intolerant?

  • Ok so this morning i had a bowl of cereal (with milk of course) & after a while i didnt feel very well. I took a shower & became dizzy & nauseated. And also ive had loose stools today. Ive never had a problem with milk but i was looking at the symptoms and it said it can happen even if youve never had problems with it and that it usually occurs wen ur a teen. and im 14. Also my mom throws up when she drinks milk.

    You could be, yes. But I would say to see a doctor. It could have been something you ate earlier that only made your stomach ache because you ate again. I've never felt dizzy our nauseated (I'm lactose intolerant), but like you said, loose stools do happen if you are. I got it when I was around 15 or so and my mom's the same way. I've never known of anyone throwing up because of milk, but you know, everyone's different. Humans aren't made to drink other animals' milk, so it's a normal thing. Your best bet would probably be to stay away from dairy products until you can see a doctor.

yes you are. Actually we all are since we cant digest milk after age 2 and thats human milk! Every species on earth has to be weened from milk, we are no different. Dairy is the biggest cancer causer. consider yourself lucky

Best thing to do would be to see a doctor. Afterall it could be anything and you might be missing out on dairy when there's no need.
