What's the maximum trampoline weight?

I'm 13 and i want lose weight. Whats the best way?

  • i'm 13 years old and i'm 5'5. I weight 141 pounds and i want to lose weight badly!! I just want a diet that is healthy but actually works and doesn't take like 3 months to lose weight. i want to lose about 15-20 pounds. I feel like a fat gorilla next to my friends. I also want to be confident and be happy with the way my body is ,but i feel like i have to lose weight. My weight has really made my self confidence go down a lot. I feel like i don't want to go out in public a lot because i feel like the fat girl compared to everyone and that everyone is staring at me. I guess i'm ok at the upper area of my body but i have a little bit of belly flab.I am much bigger at the lower area of my body because i have a huge butt that i got from my mom's side of the family and my thighs are big too. Also my older sister is skinnier but she is shorter and i'm just tired of being be the younger sister that's fatter than my older sister. So i really need some help on trying to lose weight.

Losing weight at a young age can be difficult because you're body is still developing, but training yourself to eat healthy while you're young can also increase your chances of staying thin and healthy as your body matures. My best suggestion is to cut down on any sweets and/or junk food. Sugar and salt are two things you should try to stay away from as sugar can allow you to gain weight, and salt makes you retain water. Cutting out those two things are a big step. Next, try to eat three meals a day, and try to stick with only three meals a day, a snack once or twice a week if you're hungry at that time. You need to train your stomach to not need as much food as it's used to, so start slowly, and work down slowly if necessary. Your way of eating is just half the battle, though. You will also need to exercise every other day. These are simple things you can do for about an hour and do not have to be rigorous. Take a walk or a run, do some sit ups, some push ups, anything to keep your body active. Make it a point to get out doors, and do all of the above if you'd like in about an hour routine. If you apply both of those applications to your life, you can lose the weight you want, but keep in mind not to work yourself too hard, but be consistent. You will see results, but after you've achieved your result, be careful not to back off of your routine completely. By learning these things, and applying them at your own pace, you will be able to control your weight, and keep it there for the rest of your life. Best of luck to you.

Eat healthy. Stay away from junk food and try to be more active. Take the stairs, try to move about alot in the house too. Dont be lazy. Drink LOTS OF WATER. Do sit ups every morning when you get up, start from 10 sit ups every morning and move upwards. Dont be too hard on yourself, you're still young and your body is going to change alot as you grow up.

You don't need to diet. You're too young. Its normal to be chubby around your age. Just wait a few more years.

You're not fat. I am underweight because I exercise ALOT, and I have a high metabolism, and being called skinny is worse than being called fat, because sometimes skinny people are accused of being anorexic. I think you are fine, but if you really feel fat, here's a few things that helped a few of my friends lose weight and feel more confident. Well, they layed off of so many sweets. What sweets really do, well they're packed with sugar, and when it gets to your small intestines, it removes the nutrients and fat, and takes all of the sugar and fat along with the nutrients, and adds it to your cells, making you fatter. They ran and excercised alot and tried not to sit down at the T.V. for longer than 45 minutes. Just take a few jogs around the neighborhood, or maybe even a couple miles a day won't hurt. Just try to head on the healthy path, but don't start counting calories or anything, that's just plain dumb. Just replace what you usually eat for lunch with a salad with a few veggies and some other healthy sides! Just don't be anorexic. It's very unhealthy, and can earn you a stick figure, and people WILL make fun of you for being TOO skinny! Oh, and don't go on the way to bulimia either. :) And most of the time, diets don't work. Oh, and if this makes you feel any better, my friend said I could say, before she weighed 130 pounds, and now weighs 110. :D

I joined this site...CalorieKing.com a month ago and lost 15 pounds already. I've always had trouble trying to lose wait and until now, never knew it could be so easy. Really. I first heard of the website on a show called "The Doctors" which is hosted by Dr Phils son. You only pay $7/month and you can use it to log all of your food. They have a HUUUUGE food database. Every restaurant you could think of is in there, and it tells you the nutrition info for all of their food items. There is also a Community that you can go to for help.

Just exercise. Stay active, walk more, etc. Work out if there is a local gym. Bottom line, you will lose the weight, you are still growing and it will all even out. You are at the awkward stages of puberty where your proportions dont seem right, but it will all even out. If you watch, guys will probably go more for you in the next couple years compared with your friends because most guys like girls with curves :) Dont stress, you are too young to worry about it, you are beautiful

My best friend was tired of being the chubby one. So she just started running EVERY night and all the time. She has also changed her eating habits. she eats yogurt and all kinds of fruits now. She used to eat badly but not anymore. She has actually grown to enjoy healthy foods. Sweets now make her sick. Oh yeah and shes 13. But , losing weight, you need to be careful, dont go overboard. Try not to eat fastfood, that really helped her. If you have to eat at a fastfood place they usually have healthy choices. If you DO eat pretty unhealthy, try maybe giving something up like soda, ice-cream, chips. You get the idea. Good Luck.
