How can I tone up and eat healthy?

What foods should i eat and avoid when trying to tone up my stomach?

  • i have 4 months to tone up my stomach (is this possible?) and im going to be completely honest i have no idea what foods i what eat and which ones to avoid because i have never really been on a diet or thought about what i ate and i know that that's bad...But anyway does anyone have advice on food and exercise i can do to improve and tone my stomach thanks!!!

    Foods to eat: Veggies. Lots of them Fruits like pineapples, kiwis, lemons, oranges (mainly stuff with citrus) will help a lot Avoid breads, white foods like white rice and bread and noodles Try whole wheats and browns instead And try to have a light dinner. Like for example. I have dinner once at 7 pm usually a piece of grilled something and at 8 a small salad bowl to insure I'm full and not binge at night Try to have sweet potatoes oVer regular ones. But you can have normal ones thrice a week at most You should drink tons of water. During mornings. Squeeze a really small lemon/lime (or half if you can't take whole) into 1 glass of cold water. Drink right after you brush your teeth wash your face etc. its disgusting but it really helps!

When I toned up my stomach I avoided carbs, fats, processed foods, sodium, AND BANANAS. I am a raw food vegan though.
