How do you loose weight from your face?

How someone can loose weight in the face and belly.?

Right, there are lots of healthy ways that you can loose weight on your stomach. The one I swear by is sit-ups (you can find videos on the internet to demonstrate these) but you lie on your back with your feet planted firmly on the floor, knees pointing upwards with your hands crossed across your chest and (without flicking your hips or arms, just using your stomach muscles) sit up until you're verticle, then slowly lower yourself back down. Keep doing these for as long as you can, then take a break and just do these whenever you have the time. I do these a lot and they're great for toning your stomach. There are plenty of other ways of excersizing but these will improve your muscles, not necessarily make you loose weight. You need to work out if you want to actually loose weight in which case a careful diet is the best idea (simply keep a balanced diet) - no drastic measures or this sends your body into a bit of an upset, just eat lots of healthy vegetables, low-fat options instead of high-fat foods, drink plenty of water, eat regular meals at set times of the day and excersize regularly.
