How do you start a healthy diet/lifstyle?

i really want to be healthy but always end up srewing uo my diet on friday afternoon and then get back on track on satauday or sunday it always happens every friday mess up . i wanted to know how i can get out of this habit and how i can start a healthy diet i kno wwhat to eat but i just don't know how to start because im not sure if ur supposed to start with a detox like 1 week detox than start healthy or that you slowly start eating healthy becaus if i do a detox for a week than i binge at the end so i just what to know how to start a diet and how to not bnge on friday afternoon and weekends thanks
