Hello, The best diet ever worked for me (I lost a little over 30 pounds) was the Atkins Diet, but with a twist. I was half-vegetarian that time, so I didn't eat ANY meat, but I ate fish. So I lost the extra weight so quick (month and a half)I could't belive it... The important thing is, you follow the Atkins Plan, but you skip the meat. Eat tuna, egg, cheese, lots of veggies, mushroom etc... and combine them. Good luck. Best regards. Gabi

I live in a country that lives on rice but i found out that eating less rice or rather substituting white rice with brown is the best diet plan that really worked for me. Less carbo less fat. Lessen your meat intake, and also eating a whole lot of fruits and vegetables. ^_^

Montignac's diet but I made a few changes. basically you eat only wholewheat bread (only in the morning, but as much as you want) and pasta, meat and fish - you combine them with vegetables but never with pasta (carbs), fruit and lowfat yogurt and cottage cheese you can eat 70% dark chocolate but absolutely no potatoes, white bread or pasta, no snacks whatsoever, no soda drinks, beer etc. plus you should walk at least 20 minutes per day
