Whats your opinion on my new Daily nutrition amounts, Im currently 5ft 10. weigh 10 1/2 stone and BMI is 23, my fat % is 25% Im trying to loose as much Body fat as possible, I go running 4 times a week and work out every other day Energy = 4644jcal 1208kcal Protein = 111g Carbs = 161g of which sugars = 22g Fats = 13g Of which Saturates = 2.9g Monosaturates= 1.7g Poly Sar= 2.9g Fibre = 44g Salt 1.6g Room for improvements? Whats your thoughts?

dude, for your sex and height is 1208 calories really enough? i think you may need some more. if you dont consume enough your body will start storing fat as a response anyway.
