How come im gaining weight so easily?

I excersise but im still gaining weight?

k well maybe you are gaining muscle mass muscle weighs about 2x the amount of fat and iif you are gaining muscle then you will gain weight quite quickly but if you are gaining fat then u sould considder upping the intensity of your work out helpful?

Muscle is more than fat, but it takes up less space. Its better to use measuring tape, to determine whether you are getting in shape.

you need to raise your heart rate for at least 20 min to burn calories. lifting and stretching are great but wont burn the calories you need to lose weight

If you excersize - try doing cardio instead of like crunches etc Muscle is heavier than fat - If you're gaining muscle and losing fat you'll still gain weight.

fruits contain fructose- natural sugars. You need to limit the fruit intake and get more raw veggies (the greener, the better) in your diet as well as proteins.
