What is the best way to loose weight fast and eliminate cellulite?

  • I am 23 and a mother of 2 i am 5'2" and at my heavist weight 200lbs :( I was about 128 before I had my kids and am finding it is very hard to loose the weight. It is really hurting my self-estem and effecting my marriage! I have tried all the diets and foud if i don't see results quickly i loose intrest and tens to eat more and feel worse! I need help If i don't change this soon I may loose my husband and 100% of my self-esteem

    You say it really hurts your self-esteem and it's SOOOO important, and yet you lose interest when it's not fast enough? Either it IS important and you're willing to put in the long, hard work necessary to lose weight over time or it's NOT important and you lose interest. Both can't be true. Actually, the only way to lose weight isn't a diet.. it's a PERMANENT change to healthier food and an active lifestyle. So if you "lose interest" - you won't be able to make the ***lifetime change*** that's necessary. Make the commitment or don't, but there are no quick fixes. Also, have the doctor check you for hypothyroidism. It's very common after pregnancy.

wow, your husband should be supportive. is he? you need to find it within yourself to loose the weight and stay motivated. my wife posted pictures of women she wanted to look like all over the fridge and bathroom so when she got up, she saw them, and when she tried to get something to eat she really didn't need, she saw them. it helped her a lot. also, she made a play list of songs that got her pumped up and took the ipod with her to the gym. hope that helps.

maybe diets aren't for you so you should just try and eat healthy and do alot of cardio and that doesn't just mean going to the gym and riding the bikes and treadmills you should got biking,hiking or just out door activities as a family (to help with your fam)

Don't diet, change your lifestyle. It's so corny sounding to say that but start a workout routine and just eat better foods. Don't think about it and set small goals. Don't worry about it! I'm sure your husband still thinks you are beautiful!

cut out sugar honestly...it worked for me and if you still have a craving for sugar, use the sugar subsitute...like equal or splenda and drink Diet Lipton Green Tea w/ Citrus instead of soda...it's so yummy! oh and remember to drink plenty of water

i would go to wal*mart and try some of that alli pills it used to be only perscrbed by the doctor now its on the selves my friend tryed them and lost over 70 pounds and while taking then i would try a well balenced diet and try to in a gym

I don't have a solution other than eat healthier foods and go to the gym. One side note though, you're husbands an a$$. Sorry, but seriously, did he marry you for your looks or personality?

The best way to lose weight fast is through a modified carbohydrate diet, like South Beach. Avoid diets like Atkins, which are very high in saturated fat. You need to find one that balances fats, proteins and healthy carbohydrates. In terms of cellulite, the best thing you can do to minimize it is exercise, weight management and lots of water to clear out toxins. However, if you are predisposed to it, it's unlikely you'll eliminate it altogether. Part of it is due to heredity but, do you know why you see it in women and not men? Women get cellulite because a) our fat lies outside the muscle (opposite in men) and b) our skin is thinner, so you're able to see it better. Men have cellulite too, you just don't see it. Finally, the comment about your husband is sad. If he doesn't love you enough to cope with the natural aging process and how life-altering events such as childbirth might alter it, you have much bigger issues than cellulite.

The elliptical is good exercise, or swimming...and if you cut out 500 calories a day then you will lose a pound a week..cut out ALL sugary drinks too..EVEN the diet ones!

go to curves, it only takes a half hour and if you go atleast 3 times per week you'll see a difference in about a month.
