What is the average weight of a blank dvd?

What do you think about my diet plan and subsequent weight loss/exercise/detox DVD in January?

  • It's called the EAT HEALTHY AND EXCERCISE diet!!! It involves all the nutritional advice on healthy eating (not dieting) and excercising I have been repeating over and over on here. The DVD just involves random z list celebrities popping up on screen every now and then and shouting things like: "Put that bloody mars bar down!!!" "Chocolote Orange isnt one of your 5 a day!!! Stop it!!!" "Get your fat **** to the gym lardy!!!" "Go for a run, MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!!!!" "F**k Iceland!!! Go and cook a proper meal!!!! What do people think? Would it sell? lol! ;D

Ha ha that is what people need! There is no magic secret to loosing weight, stop eating junk food and move your as$ a bit!
