How many people drink shakes for breakfast or lunch OR both?

I was just wondering.... I do get tired of eating the same types of food and I know there are nutritious shakes that you can make without skimping on vitamins.. Especially for breakfast it's so easy to make a shake and go. And who knows, it could be healthier for you too!!! I was just wondering what kind of shakes you drink that are healthy and good for you? I was having that carnation (sugar-free) instant breakfast with milk for awhile but it still tasted sweet to me.

There are plenty of nutrition shakes out there. Check with Consumer Reports and see if they have done any studies on them. I would buy the inexpensive commercial shakes (any grocery store) and avoid the specialty shops. Also, add your own herbs/fruit to the shake afterward. Eating healthy means getting vegetables & fruits as well. Never short yourself with just energy shakes.
